- How do I book a flight with Fly JetPets?
Booking is simple! Click on the "Plan Your Flight" button and fill out the form with details such as your departure and destination locations, travel dates, and any special requests. Our team will review your inquiry and get in touch.
- What happens after I submit my request?
Once you submit your request, your Personal Travel Coordinator will reach out within 24 - 48 hours.
For private charter requests, we may ask for a few additional details to better understand your needs. Once we have the full picture, we’ll search for available aircraft options and present tailored recommendations for your trip.
For shared charter requests, we’ll also follow up to clarify any necessary details (including your flexibilities), if needed. If there are current or upcoming flights we're pooling for, or other travelers on our list with similar routes and timing, we’ll share those options, including any close alternatives (nearby departure/arrival points or alternative travel period) that might work for you. If nothing is available just yet, we’ll keep your request on file and continue to monitor for a potential match. As soon as something suitable becomes available, we’ll be sure to let you know.
- What travel routes can I arrange with Fly JetPets?
Fly JetPets offers the flexibility to help arrange private air travel to and from a wide range of destinations worldwide. Let us know your preferred routes, and we’ll handle the logistics on your behalf, including coordination with licensed air carriers, securing necessary permits, and managing your pet’s travel documentation, if applicable, to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your pet.
- What documents are required for my pet to travel internationally?
Travel requirements vary depending on your destination and may include vaccination records, microchip, health certificates, import or export permits, and pre-departure tests. If your booking includes our pet travel documentation service, either as part of the default package or as an add-on, our team will handle the paperwork and guide you through what’s needed.
- Do you assist with travel documents and customs clearance for pets?
Yes, we can assist with the required documentation for pet travel, including health certificate endorsements, import/export permits, and customs clearance. In some packages, this service is already included, while in others, it’s available as an add-on. Our team will advise you based on your booking type.
- Are there any size or breed restrictions for pets?
Fly JetPets accommodates most sizes and breeds of pets, with aircraft options tailored to ensure ample space and comfort for everyone onboard. While there are no breed restrictions for pets on our flights, individual countries may have regulations prohibiting the entry of certain breeds. Our team can assist you in determining whether your pet’s breed is permitted in your destination country. Please note that we do not transport endangered or illegal species, and all pets must comply with international travel regulations.
- How many pets can I bring on board?
The number of pets you can bring depends on the size of the aircraft and the space required for their comfort. Let us know how many pets you plan to bring, and we will recommend the most suitable aircraft to ensure a comfortable journey for everyone.
- What is the payment process?
Once you confirm your booking:
- Private Charter: Full payment is required to secure the aircraft.
- Shared Charter: For flights that are not departing soon, a deposit may be required to reserve your spot. For flights closer to departure, full payment may be required immediately.
Your confirmation details will clearly outline the payment terms applicable to your booking.
- Why is a deposit required for shared charter bookings in some cases?
Because shared charters operate on a pooling basis, a reservation deposit helps us identify and confirm who is seriously intending to join the flight. It helps us accurately plan the flight or secure the necessary arrangements for all passengers.
- What is the accepted payment method?
Our primary payment method is wire transfer, in the currency specified in your quote, paid directly to our company bank account under the registered name Fly JetPets FZCO.
We also accept credit card payments via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Please note, Stripe applies a 2.9% - 5.5% transaction fee, depending on the card type and currency.
- Can I change or cancel my flight after booking?
Changes and cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of your booking. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided with your booking for details. Contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
