STEP 01
You Tell Us About Your Journey
Send us your trip details by form, WhatsApp, or email - whichever is easiest for you. We'll respond personally, by your preferred channel, within 24 business hours.
STEP 02
We Prepare Your Tailored Proposal
For private charter, we work with our network of certified operators - verifying their pet-handling experience and comparing aircraft suitability - to source the right options for you. You receive a tailored proposal with aircraft details, pricing, and pet travel documentation guidance where relevant. For shared charter, we'll let you know what flights are available on your route, or keep you informed when matching flights open up.
STEP 03
Booking and Onboarding
Once you're ready to proceed, we send an invoice and service agreement. After confirmation, we collect the documents and details we need for the journey - passports, travel documents, pet vaccination records - through a single secure form.
STEP 04
Pet Travel Documentation
For clients who want documentation included, our specialist partners handle the regulatory work behind the scenes. We coordinate everything on your behalf: reviewing vaccination records down to vaccine labels and batch dates, scheduling vet visits with partner clinics, issuing health certificates with government endorsements, and managing export and import permits with relevant authorities. You receive copies of every document as it's issued. If your own vet needs to make adjustments, we communicate that clearly. Your Personal Travel Coordinator stays involved throughout.
STEP 05
Pre-Flight Preparation
A few days before your flight, you'll receive a Flight Day Guide - your itinerary, what to bring, and pet travel guidelines for the day. Within 24 hours of departure, we share the Final Flight Brief with your aircraft tail number, FBO information, and crew details. For private charter clients flying to or from Dubai, complimentary chauffeur service is included on the Dubai side. Any other ground transport or additional concierge services can be arranged on request. Just let your Personal Travel Coordinator know.
STEP 06
Flight Day and Beyond
At the FBO, the on-ground team is there to assist you through check-in. Your Personal Travel Coordinator stays in close contact with the operator and with you, from boarding through landing. After your flight lands, we check in to confirm your safe arrival - and again a few days later to make sure you and your pet are settling in well. Whenever you fly next, we're here.
