You'll likely find an aircraft, but you'll need to check the operator's pet policy yourself - some don't accept pets, some restrict size or count. You'll coordinate pet travel documentation separately, often with a different agent. You'll arrange pet-friendly ground transport on your own. Concierge services, if you need them, fall to you to source and confirm.

Lead time varies significantly depending on the route, some destinations require days, weeks, or months of preparation. - Yes, we have access to empty leg opportunities through our network of operators. However, empty legs are heavily subject to availability and timing, they typically only appear close to the travel date, often 1 to 7 days prior, depending on whether an aircraft happens to be repositioning on a matching route and date. For travel with pets, where pet travel documentation often requires lead time to process, empty legs can be challenging to rely on as a primary travel plan because availability is confirmed only at the last minute.
